Welcome to CCs Retreats first Newsletter. Since this is our first Newsletter, If you don’t know who we are, or have never had the opportunity to stay at one of our vacation rentals, then let us introduce ourselves and our business. My name is Chelsey-Madison Jones, and I started CCs Retreats with my partner Craig Wells; because we love to travel and wanted to ensure we always had a great place to stay and call home while exploring and creating great memories for our family. So we invested in our first vacation home in Tennessee, fell in love with it, and started expanding from there. And here we are years later, now offering our homes to you in Tennessee, Ohio, and Crystal Beach, Texas! That's the short version! It's been a great summer here at CCs Retreats, and we accomplished a lot of great opportunities for travel and fun! In June we finally completed our new builds down in Crystal Beach, TX, and our guests have been enjoying the beach life all summer. We got our website up and running so that you can now book directly and save on costly booking fees that are charged through other booking platforms. We finished the summer up with our own vacation to The Great Smoky Mountain Jeep Invasion in TN; where I could participate with my new Jeep! We were also fortunate enough to host lots of other Jeepers as well! Over 40,000 people attended this event! What a great way to end our summer!
When it comes to Tennessee - We're going into one of the most beautiful seasons for this area with leaves changing and cozy fireplace snuggles, crisp air and great fall festivals - Starting in September The Smoky Mountain Harvest Festival runs for 12 weeks throughout the fall season offering festive decorations, live music and more. The Wears Valley Fall Festival runs from Oct. 14-16th where you can meet local craftsmen, enjoy southern cooking and plenty of entertainment. And well, we can't forget Halloween and Thanksgiving. In the months of October and November, many fun, spooky and family events will be happening for you and your family to enjoy!
At Our Crystal Beach, Texas Properties - We're winding down from all the summer events and starting to get ready for fall here as well! The weather is cooling, but let's be honest, not that much, so even during fall you can enjoy warm breezes and walks on the beach, without the summer crowds! Great news for the fishermen, starting in October, the Flounder fishing season begins, so come on down and catch that big one! We will be offering great beach fall discounts as well. Gather the family for a Thanksgiving trip. We have several properties that are on the same street, offering you the ability to have your own space while enjoying your family next door or in the common area of this community. And I have to say, fall sunsets are spectacular off the Gulf! So come down, relax, and enjoy!
Our Hocking Hills, Ohio properties - We are booking fast for fall foliage and end of summer hikes. Old Man's Cave and other stunning hikes will gain more momentum this time of year as the scenery can be spectacular. So book today! If you're a Jeeper like I am, you won't want to miss the Annual Hocking Hills Jeep Run Oct. 5th through the 7th, I'll be there! So whether you're a Jeeper or just want to enjoy nature, and other fall events, head to Hocking Hills, bring your furry friends, relax in the hot tub, make a fire and create wonderful fall memories that will last a lifetime!
