Q:  What Fees or Other Charges Will I Pay?

 

A:  CC's Retreats is a direct booking site.  When booking directly through www.ccsretreats.com, we do not charge any management, merchant or processing fees.  Which in turn saves you, our guests, a substantial amount of savings.  If you are re-directed to Airbnb or Vrbo, via one of our secure links, then bookings fees, etc. will be through Airbnb or Vrbo's booking policies and payment requirements.

 

Cleaning Fees and Pet Fees-(if applicable)  are the only fees you will pay.   When you request your dates, and list any pets, these fess will show in the total, prior to paying.

 

(Note:  We only accept dogs, (2 dog limit, unless approved by management).  Note:  You must list your pet if you are bringing them.  Please see (Legal Disclaimer).  Sorry no cats or other pets. 

 Q:  What if I need to cancel my reservation?

 A:  If you cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 20 days before your check-in date, you will receive a full refund, minus credit card fees.  If you cancel between 20 and 14 days before your check-in date, you will receive a 50% refund, minus credit card fees.  If you cancel within 14 days of your check-in date, you forfeit the entire payment.  This policy is intended to protect hosts and minimize risk.  

If booked through Airbnb or Vrbo using the links CC's Retreats provided on www.ccsretreats.com and you were re-directed to Airbnb.com or Vrbo.com when clicking on one of our property links that did not support our Direct Booking, you will adhere to Airbnb and/or Vrbo's platforms cancellation/refund policy. 

Refund Policies:

Refunds are not given due to Covid-19, bad weather, normal seasonal storms, short-term power outages, or other extenuating circumstances.  We recommend purchasing travel insurance.  

 

If there is a problem or damage with the property itself or a natural disaster surrounds our properties and authorities have blocked access to the property deeming it unsafe, or have given an evacuation notice, CC's Retreat is responsible to try to notify you prior to your stay; and CC's Retreats will first try to relocate you at another one of CC's Retreat's properties nearby that would be comparable to what you originally booked or may request a date change so you can still enjoy your vacation, at another time.  If this is not possible for either party, a full refund will be issued.

Please review the Tennessee "Safety and Travel Tips" page, as we will not be responsible for any damage to your vehicle or belongings left outdoors.

Q: How do I know the reviews on this site are legitimate?

A: We have many reviews that can be viewed on each properties page.   These reviews are directly from guests who have stayed with us using this site or reviews that have been synced from guests who booked with us via Airbnb or VRBO, which we are proud to be a  super host on Airbnb and a premier host on VRBO.

 

Q: How do we accept payments? 

A:  We accept all major credit card payments.  When booking directly through www.ccsretreats.com you will be directed to our secure automated stripe payment portal.  An invoice will be sent within 24 hours of booking and must be paid within 48 hours of invoice receipt to secure your reservation.  If you have already paid for your trip, and request more days, etc.  We offer QuickBooks, Zelle and Venmo as ways to pay for extras.

 

Q:  What if I want to stay longer?

 

A:  If you would like to extend you stay, contact management.  They will check dates.  If property is available, they will adjust dates.  If you have already paid, and the property is available for extended days, then you will be required to pay for those extra days using one of the payment methods above. 

Q. Can I book for someone other than myself?

A:  We do understand that sometimes it is necessary for others to call on your behalf, whether due to hard of hearing or other disabilities or your secretary is making travel arrangements for you.  Or you are offering a stay as a present for someone else.  But with that said, please be advised, we do expect the person booking the property be over 21.   The person who is listed as the payee on the credit card will be the responsible party for the booking and or any damages that may occur.  You must list the names of the actual party that will be staying on the property.  All bookings must be approved by management if booking for someone else.  (See Legal Disclaimer for further information)

Q.  Do you offer gift cards?

A:  Yes we do!  Please contact management to make arrangements and give details.
