Q: What Fees or Other Charges Will I pay?
A: Cleaning fees are the only fees you will pay. When you request your dates, it will show your total and the appropriate cleaning fee for that property (as cleaning fees vary due to property size). You will see your total along with the cleaning fees prior to you booking.
If you are staying at one of our pet friendly rentals, and plan on brining a pet - You will have a Pet fee of $120.00 per stay plus the cleaning fee above.
(We only accept dogs, sorry no cats or other pets. and their is a 2 dog limit) Note: You must list your pet if you are bringing them.
We do not charge any management or merchants fees.
Q: What if I need to cancel my reservation?
A: If you book directly through CCs' Retreats, you have 48 hours to cancel your reservation you just made for a full refund. After that, Guests must cancel at least 14 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights. If cancelation is after the 14 day before check-in. There will be no refund.
If CC's Retreats needs to cancel your stay due to maintenance problems on a home or weather hazards, such as flooding or fires, etc. CC's will try to place you in a safe comparable cabin or beach house and/or will work with you to re-book your stay, once the hazard has passed.
Q: How do I know the reviews on this site are legitimate?
A: We have many reviews that can be viewed on each properties page. These reviews are directly from guests who have stayed with us using this site or reviews that have been synced from guests who booked with us via Airbnb or VRBO, which we are proud to be a super host on Airbnb and a premier host on VRBO.
Q: How do we accept payments?
A: We accept major credit card payments through QuickBooks or Zelle. An invoice will be sent within 24 hours of booking and must be paid within 48 hours of invoice receipt to secure your reservation.
