Situated in Crystal Beach is a the brand new community called "Roll-Over Bay' situated on the Bolivar Peninsula in Texas.

Come and enjoy this 2 bedroom villa and enjoy the views and the many amenities that "7 Summers" has to offer. This brand new villa has two master bedrooms with attached baths, fully equipped open space kitchen with everything you need to cook your meals and entertain. The living space is open and airy offering you access to the upper porch where you can sit on the Acadiana chairs and enjoy watching the sunrise while sipping your coffee or watching the sunset while reminiscing about the day.

Time for a movie or a dance party, Then snuggle up on the pull out sofa and watch your favorite shows on the Smart TV or blast the Bluetooth sofa table and dance the night away.

Have a BBQ down on the lower patio and if you've been at the beach all day, shower off in your private outside shower before heading upstairs.

Want to make S'mores? Then the community fire-pit is where you'll want to be. The community's "common" area provides you with even more outdoor space, including an observation deck, fire-pit, picnic-tables, playground and more. We know you'll just love "7 Summers", and this new community that you'll come back time and time again for years to come!

Here you'll enjoy the beach life and the local community, with restaurants with great fresh seafood, dancing and more. If you brought your pet, they'll love playing frisbee with you at the beach, So come and make new friends while karoaking at the local cantina and just enjoy!

Ride the Ferry and visit Galveston for more sites, shopping and adventure. Then come home and relax watching a beautiful sunset off the Gulf of Mexico either on your own porch or walk over to the community observation deck and let the children play.
