Our other properties are located in the brand new villas of "Rollover Bay".  These homes all have an open floor plan and you can enjoy the views of both the Gulf and the Canals that surround this community.  This community offers a common area with an observation deck, fire pit, and more!

The three villas in Rollover Bay are all on the same street, which means you can either go and enjoy your privacy, or you can join other families or friends, each having their own living space, while enjoying the community amenities to gather,
