Welcome to Schipp's Creek! You will be welcomed by this beautiful, newly built villa in an amazing brand new community called "Roll-Over Bay' situated on the Bolivar Peninsula in Texas. Schipp's Creek has a gorgeous deck with adirondack chairs to look out to the gulf or the canal, whichever floats your boat! The spacious living room has room for everyone to enjoy streaming your favorite shows on our smart tv, play the board games provided, or listen to your favorite vinyl on our record player! Talk about a Jam Sesh!

Come and enjoy this 2 bedroom villa that's pet friendly and sleeps up to 6 guests. You'll love this with a king size bed and private bath and then bunk beds with full size mattresses! How fun! The living area is both spacious and comfy! Plenty of room to visit, watch the Smart TV or play records and dance the night away!
Due to the open concept, you can grab the chips and a bottle of wine, without missing a thing! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need for meals and entertainment. Head out to the porch with your favorite cup of coffee smell the salt air and enjoy the views.

Ready for lunch? Head downstairs and enjoy the shade, have a BBQ, play some corn hole and then head to the beach or the community common area, where there's a lookout deck, so you get 360 degree view of the area, a fire pit, and more room for the kids to run and play. When you return, shower off in your private outside shower before heading upstairs to relax for the evening.
