Welcome to 7 Summers! You will be welcomed by these beautiful, newly built villas! The house has a gorgeous deck with adirondack chairs to look out to the gulf or the canal, whatever fits your fancy! Walk in to the living room with a pullout couch, smart tv and a speaker end table so you can play your favorite jams while hanging with your family and friends! The Kitchen has everything you'll need while on your stay! -Drip coffee maker -Tea Kettle -Blender -Hand mixer -Toaster -Baking Pans -Cookie sheets -Wine opener -BBQ utensils The king bedroom has a memory foam mattress and has an attached bathroom! Linens, towels, soaps all provided! Enjoy streaming your favorite tvs shows and movies on our smart TV! The second bedroom also has a memory foam queen mattress with attached bathroom and smart TV! Enjoy time outside on the porch, or grill out under the house! Rinse off in the outdoor shower after a fun day at the beach! Head on over to the community pool (pool is operable between March 1-October 31) couple houses down, observation tower to take in the amazing sunrises, sunsets, or enjoy the views of the ocean! Enjoy the communal fire pit as well and jungle gym for the little ones!! 7 Summers welcomes you, your family and friends, and you fur babies!! We are pet friendly with a pet fee

We are in a new build community and there are some houses still being built, we apologize for any inconvenience this causes, but there may be occasional construction noise. We do not offer refunds for bad weather, COVID-19, or other extenuating circumstances, for this reason, we recommend you purchase trip insurance. Person renting the cabin must be 25 or older. Home is on a septic. Please do not flush ANYTHING other than toilet paper. Please dispose of all feminine products and diapers in the trash can. House Rules: -Before you check out, please place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run it. -Please bag all trash including boxes and place in can outside. -Please do not make any beds that are used please strip and leave them on the bed. -Please place all used towels on bathroom floor. What's Provided: -Kitchen Appliances: Microwave, stove, oven, Fridge/Freezer, Blender, coffee maker, toaster. -Utensils, plates, bowls, pots, pans, baking sheet, mixing bowls, and more. -Towels- hand, face, body -Hand soap and dishsoap -Toilet tissue (2 rolls per bathroom) and paper towels (1 roll) -Beach Towels What's not provided: -Condiments Use keypad to unlock and lock. VACATION RENTAL SHORT TERM LEASE AGREEMENT 1. Maximum Occupancy. The maximum number of persons allowed to stay in the Property is limited to 6, unless the Owner gives its prior written consent. 2. Keys & Access Codes. Owner will provide Guest with door code 1 hour before check in. Any attempt to access a locked area is just cause for immediate termination of this Agreement, forfeiture of all rent paid, and Guest will be liable for any missing items or damage. 3. Acts of God. If there is a storm or severe weather and a mandatory evacuation order is issued by state or local authorities, Guest shall be entitled to a prorated refund for each night Guest is unable to occupy the Property. Owner will not be liable or deemed in default under this Agreement for any failure to perform or delay in performing any of its obligations due to or arising out of any act not within its control, including, without limitation, acts of God. 4. Cleaning. Daily housekeeping services are not included in the rental rate. Throughout the rental period, Guest will be responsible for keeping the Property clean and in good condition. Any unsafe or dangerous condition must be reported to Owner immediately. Guest acknowledges that on the Arrival Date, the Property is in good condition, except for any defect Guest may report to Owner by the end of the first day following the Arrival Date. The Property should be left in the same condition as it was found by Guest on the Arrival Date. Guest promises to leave the Property in good repair. 5. Mechanical Failures. Owner attempts to properly maintain the Property. While all electrical and mechanical equipment within the Property are in good working order, Owner cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of electrical service, stopped plumbing, water supply, heating, air conditioning, audio visual equipment, internet access, cable service, or appliances. Guest agrees to report any inoperative equipment or other maintenance problem to Owner immediately. Owner will make every reasonable effort to have repairs done quickly and efficiently. Guest will allow Owner or a person permitted by Owner access to the Property for purposes of repair and inspection. Owner is not responsible for any inconvenience that may occur and reasonable refunds or rent reductions will be made due to failure of such items. 6. Limitation on Liability. Owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur to any member of the Rental Party or Guest’s visitors while in the Property or on the Property. Owner is not responsible for loss of personal belongings or valuables belonging to any member of the Rental Party or any of Guest’s visitors. Guest agrees to assume the risk of any harm arising from use of the Property. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND UNDER NO LEGAL THEORY, TORT, CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL OWNER BE LIABLE TO GUEST OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER INCLUDING ARISING OUT OF OR ELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR GUEST’S RENTAL OF THE PROPERTY OR USE OF THE PROPERTY. IN NO EVENT WILL OWNER BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF OWNER SHALL HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. 7. Violation of Agreement. If Guest or any member of the Rental Party violates any of the terms of this Agreement, including but not limited to maximum occupancy, visitors and rental rules and restrictions, Owner may evict Guest and the Rental Party from the Property and Guest will forfeit all rent and security deposit paid. Check-in: Anytime after 4PM Check-out: 10AM

My family has been going to Chelsey’s place quite a bit. It’s our favorite place to go to! This last stay I noticed some little upgrades around the place and it made the stay more like home. Will definitely book again with Chelsey and can’t wait to go back!
