This beautiful home sits on a quiet street with amazing views of both the cow pasture as well as the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Head up the stairs to the top deck to hear the waves roll in and enjoy your morning coffee or watch a sunset! You can even take an afternoon nap on the outdoor daybed! Inside you will be greeted with a light open space, fully equipped kitchen, and enough room for everyone! A dining space with beautiful views from every seat. Cuddle up on the indoor day bed for a quick refreshing nap or watch your favorite shows on our Roku TV. Upstairs you will find the queen bed with a large walk in closet, wardrobe, and another smart tv. Downstairs is the second bedroom with two twin beds and trundles and a Roku TV. A washer and dryer is provided for your use anytime during your stay. Beautiful bathtub, perfect spot to relax and watch the sunset and a separate large glass shower. Ready to spend the day outside!? Eazy Breezy is just a quick 5 minute walk to the beach or grab a beach pass and take your car on to the beach to hang out! When you're ready to come back home, you can rinse off in the outdoor shower and let your furry friends run around in the fully fenced yard, grill out, or make your favorite drinks and serve them at the outdoor bar and dining area. House Rules

Person renting the cabin must be 25 or older. Home is on a septic. Please do not flush ANYTHING other than toilet paper. Please dispose of all feminine products and diapers in the trash can. House Rules: -Before you check out, please place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run it. -Please do not leave any food or trash outside, all must be bagged and in outdoor trash bin provided. -Please bag all trash including boxes and place in can outside. -Please do not make any beds that are used please strip and leave them on the bed. -Please place all used towels on bathroom floor. What's Provided: -Kitchen Appliances: Microwave, stove, oven, Fridge/Freezer, Magic Bullet, Keurig, toaster. -Utensils, plates, bowls, pots, pans, baking sheet, mixing bowls, and more. -Towels- hand, face, body -Hand soap and dishsoap -Toilet tissue (2 rolls per bathroom) and paper towels (1 roll) -Beach Towels -Beach Chairs What's not provided: -Condiments Use keypad to unlock and lock. VACATION RENTAL SHORT TERM LEASE AGREEMENT 1. Maximum Occupancy. The maximum number of persons allowed to stay in the Property is limited to 6, unless the Owner gives its prior written consent. 2. Keys & Access Codes. Owner will provide Guest with 1 key, which will unlock the front door to the Property. Guest is not allowed to make duplicate keys. A fee of $50 will be charged to Guest for failure to return a key. Any attempt to access a locked area is just cause for immediate termination of this Agreement, forfeiture of all rent paid, and Guest will be liable for any missing items or damage. 3. Acts of God. If there is a storm or severe weather and a mandatory evacuation order is issued by state or local authorities, Guest shall be entitled to a prorated refund for each night Guest is unable to occupy the Property. Owner will not be liable or deemed in default under this Agreement for any failure to perform or delay in performing any of its obligations due to or arising out of any act not within its control, including, without limitation, acts of God. 4. Cleaning. Daily housekeeping services are not included in the rental rate. Throughout the rental period, Guest will be responsible for keeping the Property clean and in good condition. Any unsafe or dangerous condition must be reported to Owner immediately. Guest acknowledges that on the Arrival Date, the Property is in good condition, except for any defect Guest may report to Owner by the end of the first day following the Arrival Date. The Property should be left in the same condition as it was found by Guest on the Arrival Date. Guest promises to leave the Property in good repair. 5. Mechanical Failures. Owner attempts to properly maintain the Property. While all electrical and mechanical equipment within the Property are in good working order, Owner cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of electrical service, stopped plumbing, water supply, heating, air conditioning, audio visual equipment, internet access, cable service, or appliances. Guest agrees to report any inoperative equipment or other maintenance problem to Owner immediately. Owner will make every reasonable effort to have repairs done quickly and efficiently. Guest will allow Owner or a person permitted by Owner access to the Property for purposes of repair and inspection. Owner is not responsible for any inconvenience that may occur and reasonable refunds or rent reductions will be made due to failure of such items. 6. Limitation on Liability. Owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur to any member of the Rental Party or Guest’s visitors while in the Property or on the Property. Owner is not responsible for loss of personal belongings or valuables belonging to any member of the Rental Party or any of Guest’s visitors. Guest agrees to assume the risk of any harm arising from use of the Property. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND UNDER NO LEGAL THEORY, TORT, CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL OWNER BE LIABLE TO GUEST OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER INCLUDING ARISING OUT OF OR ELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR GUEST’S RENTAL OF THE PROPERTY OR USE OF THE PROPERTY. IN NO EVENT WILL OWNER BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF OWNER SHALL HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. 7. Violation of Agreement. If Guest or any member of the Rental Party violates any of the terms of this Agreement, including but not limited to maximum occupancy, visitors and rental rules and restrictions, Owner may evict Guest and the Rental Party from the Property and Guest will forfeit all rent and security deposit paid. Check-in: Anytime after 4PM Check-out: 10AM

This is a great place for a small family or a couple to stay and be close to the beach and close to some good restaurants. It’s an easy ferry ride across to Galveston for more touristy activities and then back to bolivar for a quieter, slower atmosphere. The house is fairly new, nice amenities, good host, good location. I would definitely stay again.

Such a cute house! Loved that being able to watch the horses across from the house and be able to see the gulf. Perfect for a golf cart drive to the beach. We would deff stay again!

We had a super great and relaxing time! The home was awesome and so very quaint and comfy. The neighbors in the area were super nice! It was just absolutely amazing all the way around. Love the place ... Will definitely rebook again when coming back to Port Bolivar.

I booked the Beautiful place for my Mom’s birthday, we had a wonderful time! Plenty of rest and relaxation, gorgeous beach access and warm and inviting space. Would book again!
