Person renting the cabin must be 21 or older. House Rules: -Before you check out, please place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run it. -Please do not leave any food or trash outside, all must be in bear safe trash bin provided. -Please bag all trash including boxes and place in bear bin outside. -Please do not make any beds that are used and leave linens on the bed. -Please place all used towels on bathroom floor. What's Provided: -Kitchen Appliances: Microwave, stove, oven, Fridge/Freezer with ice maker and water, hand mixer, coffee maker. - Utensils, wine glasses, plates, bowls, pots, pans, baking sheet, mixing bowls, and more. -Towels- hand, face, body - Hand soap and dishsoap - Toilet tissue (2 rolls per bathroom) and paper towels (1 roll) What's not provided: -Condiments, coffee, wood for fire pit, movies for DVD players Use keypad to unlock and lock. Fireplace is not operable between April and September. Thank you for your understanding. VACATION RENTAL SHORT TERM LEASE AGREEMENT 1. Maximum Occupancy. The maximum number of persons allowed to stay in the Property is limited to 12 unless the Owner gives its prior written consent. 2.Keys & Access Codes. Owner will provide Guest with the door code 1 hour before check in 3. Acts of God. If there is a storm or severe weather and a mandatory evacuation order is issued by state or local authorities, Guest shall be entitled to a prorated refund for each night Guest is unable to occupy the Property. Owner will not be liable or deemed in default under this Agreement for any failure to perform or delay in performing any of its obligations due to or arising out of any act not within its control, including, without limitation, acts of God. 4. Cleaning. Daily housekeeping services are not included in the rental rate. Throughout the rental period, Guest will be responsible for keeping the Property clean and in good condition. Any unsafe or dangerous condition must be reported to Owner immediately. Guest acknowledges that on the Arrival Date, the Property is in good condition, except for any defect Guest may report to Owner by the end of the first day following the Arrival Date. The Property should be left in the same condition as it was found by Guest on the Arrival Date. Guest promises to leave the Property in good repair. 5. Mechanical Failures. Owner attempts to properly maintain the Property. While all electrical and mechanical equipment within the Property are in good working order, Owner cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of electrical service, stopped plumbing, water supply, heating, air conditioning, audio visual equipment, internet access, cable service, or appliances. Guest agrees to report any inoperative equipment or other maintenance problem to Owner immediately. Owner will make every reasonable effort to have repairs done quickly and efficiently. Guest will allow Owner or a person permitted by Owner access to the Property for purposes of repair and inspection. Owner is not responsible for any inconvenience that may occur and reasonable refunds or rent reductions will be made due to failure of such items. 6. Limitation on Liability. Owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur to any member of the Rental Party or Guest’s visitors while in the Property or on the Property. Owner is not responsible for loss of personal belongings or valuables belonging to any member of the Rental Party or any of Guest’s visitors. Guest agrees to assume the risk of any harm arising from use of the Property. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND UNDER NO LEGAL THEORY, TORT, CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL OWNER BE LIABLE TO GUEST OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER INCLUDING ARISING OUT OF OR ELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR GUEST’S RENTAL OF THE PROPERTY OR USE OF THE PROPERTY. IN NO EVENT WILL OWNER BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF OWNER SHALL HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. 7. Violation of Agreement. If Guest or any member of the Rental Party violates any of the terms of this Agreement, including but not limited to maximum occupancy, visitors and rental rules and restrictions, Owner may evict Guest and the Rental Party from the Property and Guest will forfeit all rent and security deposit paid. Check-in: Anytime after 4PM Check-out: 10AM

We stayed here with another family and had a blast! The kids LOVED the arcade games, air hockey table, and movie room. The home was clean and fit all 11 of us more than comfortably. We loved that all the bathrooms were full baths - and that most of them had tubs for the kids. It was a short 20 minute drive from Dollywood/Pigeon Forge, so we loved how close we were to so many fun things to do. We also loved exploring Sevierville! Chelsea was very proactive about communication and had clear instructions about the home, and check in and check out was super easy. We had the best trip and loved using this spot as a home base - we can't wait to come back!

Chelsey's listing was the best vacation we've had in a long time. it was clean and comfortable and very spacious. the location was great, hidden away from the busy town. we were only 21 mins from family, so we were able to come and go easily. it was a beautiful stay and made beautiful memories with our grandkids.

We stayed here for a week long baseball tournament at the Ripken Experience in Pigeon Forge. Little less than 25 minutes drive to the fields. There is a direct route and a back road route to the fields. The house was great. Plenty of room and places to sleep. Excellent for our kids as there were a bunch of games to play in the basement and an awesome theater room. My kids learned a little more about the game of golf thanks to the Golden Tee game. We used the grill 2 or 3 nights and it worked great. Hot tub was clean and worked well. Sat on the porch and had some great conversations. Local grocery store was helpful on our rides home after a busy day in the town. We are looking forward to staying here again next time we come to Pigeon Forge. Definitely recommend to anyone going to Ripken and wanting something away from the busy-ness of Pigeon Forge. Would recommend for multi-family stays. Fantastic hosts.

The house was beautiful and looked exactly like the photo. The driveway was a little scary, but remember the house is on a mountain, and this girl is used to flat land. :-). Would totally rent again if we came to the area. More then enough room for my entire family that came, which was 9 people and everyone had a bed to sleep in. Tons of towels, blankets, A/C worked awesome!!! Tons of kitchen items (plates, bowls, utensils, etc). Was a perfect place to stay!!!!!

Heaven on Haven was the perfect place for us to stay. It accommodated 8 of us perfectly. The teens loved the air hockey table and the adults loved the retro arcade games! The place was nice and clean, with everything you could need in the kitchen. Chelsea responded in a timely manner for any questions we had. The cabin is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg, in a peaceful atmosphere, but still close enough to enjoy those areas in a short drive. Would highly recommend Heaven on Haven.

The cabin was very clean and comfortable. The kids loved the game room. The hot tub was a real treat. Chelsey was very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay at the cabin retreat again.
